		Administrative support with registration of new members, registration or deregistration of dependants, interchanging between benefit options and reconciling of the employer’s group account. Assistance with new enrolments through personal, electronic and/or telephonic assistance and advice to new members on joining a medical scheme. Continued support – CMAC’s consultants offer continued support with product-, membership- and claims queries.
	Our Services to Employers
		Co-ordinate health days/workshops on behalf of the employer to educate members on their health and well-being. Education and training through presentations to employees. Keep employees informed about healthcare issues and medical scheme developments. Keep the employer up to date on industry trends and developments, such as the latest info on managed healthcare, changes to Medical Scheme Regulations, updates with regards to the National Health Insurance and performance of schemes in the market Personal visits to the employees and company contact person. Provides employers with an annual demographic and statistical profile employees, as group. Provide an annual analysis of medical schemes including benefit options and financial stability.
	Communication and Education Services
		Encourage to register chronic conditions; Engage in wellness activities; Schemes Training on products, changes and information sessions where needs are identified.


On-Site Services
	Assistance on understanding options, how to utilize benefits; Claims and membership enquiries; Dedicated consultants; Enrolment of new employees; Record keeping with monthly updates. Registration of chronic medication; Visit sites as per agreement, as required;


Year-End Revisions
	Close relationship with HR Divisions; Conduct year-end information sessions to brief and advice employees on new benefit options, amendments to benefit options and subscription structures; Record keeping; Set up schedule to conduct on-site information sessions; Verification at end of revision period.
